China OEM Sand Casting Wheels with Precision Machining

Both Sand Casting and CNC machining processes were employed to manufacture this flanged half-differential case. First, a rough cast of the differential case was made from ductile iron using customer's exact CAD data & prints. 

Features were then CNC Machined through milling, turning, slotting, trepanning, and other operations. The case was finally assembled, washed, inspected, packed, and delivered to the customer. To make them corrosion-resistant, a rust preventative coating was also applied over the case. This differential case is widely used in front and rear ends of heavy trucks.

Gray Iron: HT150, HT200, HT250, HT300, HT350; GJL-100, GJL-150, GJL-200, GJL-250, GJL-300, GJL-350; GG10~GG40. Ductile Iron or Nodular Iron: GGG40, GGG50, GGG60, GGG70, GGG80; GJS-400-18, GJS-40-15, GJS-450-10, GJS-500-7, GJS-600-3, GJS-700-2, GJS-800-2;QT400-18, QT450-10, QT500-7, QT600-3, QT700-2, QT800-2;

Sand Casting Wheels Quality Control

1) Checking the raw material after they reach our factory------- Incoming quality control ( IQC)

2) Checking the details before the production line operated

3) Have full inspection and routing inspection during mass production---In process quality control(IPQC)

4) Checking the goods after they are finished---- Final quality control(FQC)

5) Checking the goods after they are finished-----Outgoing quality control(OQC)
