III. Cracks

Cracks are very common in the low pressure casting process. Unreasonable Mold design, sharp corners and differences in wall thickness will mostly lead to cracks. In order to eliminate cracks, it is necessary to improve the structure design of the mold. Only reasonable mold design can help solve the problem.
